-Kites A Fly'n ships Monday thru Friday to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. In most circumstances you can expect for your order to ship somewhere within 10 to 14 workdays, however during Spring & Summer there it may take a few days longer due to high volumes of orders and/or delays causes by our manufacturer's shipping & stock issues

- Your merchandise will, in most cases, be mailed through the US Postal Servce. Larger and heavier Items will be shipped via UPS.
-Some Items, due to size, may require additional shipping charges above the normal shipping charges, or if a multiple quantity of large items is ordered and multiple packages must be shipped. This is to cover our additional shipping costs, You will first be notified and then the extra charges will be added to your order total.
-Your Credit Card billing statement will show the name Kites A Fly'n along with your charges.
-Kites A Fly'n will not accept returns without being notified previously of the problem and/or the desire to return product.. You must Email or Call and receive an RA number. (return authorization number) All costs of shipping returns back to us are solely the responsability of  you, the customer, except for certain circumstances authorized by Flags 4 Everyone only!  Keep in mind all returns made for reasons other than damage during shipping, will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the product's original price. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees paid by Kites A Fly'n on "free shipping" orders will be deducted from your return credit along with the 15% restocking fee.

-Due to the large quantity of different products that we offer for sale there is always the possibility of an item being listed with some type of typographical error. Whether the typographical error is in the product description or in the listed price, we, J.L.J.Enterprises DBA Kitesaflyn.com reserve the right to void and cancel any order that has accidentally been listed with a typographical error, including being listed with the wrong price. If your order falls under such error, you will be notified via email of the cancellation and voied transaction, and/or the credit returned to your credit card. You will be notified when the listing for the item that was errored has been corrected and can be re-ordered.

-Due to the difference in monitor color hues by various different manufacturers, the colors that you view on your monitor may be slightly different from that of the actual colors of the product. The best possible lighting has been used when making images of the products that we sell and the images we use match the actual products as far as color and design (unless noted otherwise on the products web page). We are not responsible for color differences due to your monitor's settings. If you are unhappy with the product's colors, you may return the item for a credit to your credit card, however you will be credited per the terms stated above with the 15% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping fees.

-Canceled Orders: All Canceled orders are Subject to a Cancellation Fee. This fee will be 5.75% of the order's total cost with a minimum fee of $1.50 per canceled order. this fee will be subtracted from your credit that is placed back on the credit card that was used to make the purchase. THIS FEE ONLY APPLIES TO ORDERS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN SHIPPED BEFORE NOTIFICATION OF DESIRE TO CANCEL BY PURCHASER. (This fee is used to cover the transaction fee that we are charged by the credit card companies when you placed your order and then again when we return your money to your card upon cancellation of your order.)

-Backordered items- Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock. You can check the status of an order by clicking on "Track your Order" in the top right hand side of our webpages. Any multiple item order in which a shippping and handling charge was added and paid for, and an item for that order is backordered, the in stock items will be shipped and the backordered item will be shipped when back in stock at our expense.
